Discover Pine Island and the KOA campground by exiting from I-75 or U.S. Highway 41and heading west on Highway 78, also known as Pine Island Road and Bayshore Road. Continue through the village of Matlacha to the intersection of Stringfellow Road located at Pine Island Center. The Fort Myers/Pine Island Road is located at 5120 Stringfellow Road, just 5.5 miles south of the intersection.
